This is a Florod Corporation LCP YAG laser trimming system for semiconductor wafers with adjustment X and Y spot size (aperture) and laser energy. It is a low energy flashlamp pumped Nd:YAG doubled (532 nm) laser that includes a CCD camera mount, single shot and 1 Hz repetition rate options.
