  This is a Sharplan model 733 CO2 Laser used for medical/surgical applications. (Unit was removed from a hospital when it downsized.)

  • View 01 - Overall view. This is the main laser unit containing the laser head, power supply, vacuum pump, gas supply and long articulated arm which directs the beam to its target.

  • View 02 - View inside laser head showing CO2 laser tube and attached electrical and plumbing connections. The HeNe laser used for aiming is missing.

• Laser Industries Sharplan Model 1100 Carbon Dioxide Laser, 140 W (Gallery)

  This is a Sharplan model 1100, 140 W CO2 Laser used for medical/surgical applications. (Unit was removed from a hospital.)

  • View 01 - Overall view. This is the main laser unit containing the laser head, power supply, vacuum pump, gas supply and long articulated arm which directs the beam to its target. There is also a 2 mW HeNe aiming laser inside the head (not visible).

  • View 02 - Interior showing vacuum pump and other stuff including cooling fan and handy-dandy funnel - purpose unknown.

  • View 03 - Interior showing gas supply bottles and regulators.
